Intelius, a chief provider of online information services such as people search, background checks, identity theft protection and employment screening, has acknowledged DeVitro/Verdi as its new national advertising agency. Susan Koehler, chief marketing officer of Intelius, made the announcement in December 2008.
Known as one of the top 100 online commerce sites, Intelius offers on-demand intelligence for consumers and businesses. The Bellevue, Washington-based company conveys information that connects, protects, and empowers people and businesses. Their services include protection against identity theft and fraud, as well as detailed screening and verification services.
Through DeVitro/Verdi, Intellius is looking forward to launching a national branding and advertising campaign this 2009.
Ellis Verdi, president of the advertising agency, is fascinated with the work that Intelius does. He regards their appointment as the company’s new advertising partner as an “exciting opportunity” especially since Intelius’ main aim is to protect people, businesses, assets, and families.
Koehler stresses that despite the fact that approximately eight million people use the company’s various services, they are continuously finding ways to further improve and develop their products and services. And one of the best ways to fulfill that is to hire experts like DeVitro/Verdi. The agency can help them create awareness among consumers about their products and services.
Naveen Jain founded Intellius in January 2003. It ranked 127th in Deloitte & Touche’s Fast 500 Technology companies in North America and made it into the Inc 500 list of companies. In 2006, Intelius received recognition after being named as the American Business Award’s Best New Company and as one of Puget Business Journal’s top 15 Corporate Philanthropists. A year later, in 2007, the company earned additional honors when it became one of the Puget Sound’s Washington’s top three Best Workplaces.
