While it used to be difficult to obtain an unsecured loan if you had bad credit, it is not so anymore. With comparison services like moneyeverything.com, it is now much easier to obtain such loans at great rates. However before you launch yourself into applying for such a loan, here are a few points that need consideration.
How bad is your credit
Before applying for an unsecured loan, you need to understand how bad your credit really is. You can obtain the information you require by contacting a credit agency for your credit score. More often than not this information can be obtained for free. Your credit score may be low if you have a bad repayment history or no repayment history at all. Once you have your credit score, you can use a few online tools like loan calculators to calculate the amount of loan you are eligible for and the interest rates that you are likely to be offered.
Shopping around
Armed with that information you can start shopping around for options. With a wide range of loan providers competing it is much easier to compare loan rates today. The best place to start searching for a good rate is in the online environment. Many sites like moneyeverything.com offer comparison tools and list different lenders at the same place to make choosing the right lender easier. You can then explore the detail behind short listed lenders and following that make your application online.
Criteria to choosing a lender
Once you shortlist lenders you need to make an informed decision on the lender you will finally work with. Choose a lender with a reputed name and who offers you a good deal. A good deal does not just mean a low interest rate, however. Also consider the time frame over which the loan is to be repaid, pre payment penalties, late fees, APR, nature of the interest rate (whether fixed or variable) and other such factors. Most importantly read the terms and conditions carefully as there are predatory lenders who are trying to make money out of unsuspecting borrowers.
Benefits of unsecured loans
While unsecured loans with bad credit are more difficult to obtain, do not despair. These loans have their benefits and there are lenders who are willing to take their chance on customers with difficult circumstances. The loan amount will be lower than with a secured loan, but unsecured loans get approved faster. This is because no property valuation is involved. Also these loans are an excellent option for repairing credit, consolidating debt, taking a vacation or for meeting immediate medical expenses.
Choose a lender who offers expertise and experience besides a good loan. Moneyeverything.com is one such service that has many options for you. Explore the site, read the details for the options that suit you and apply online.

Sufferers with signs of diabetes have a condition that creates a problem with how their body produces energy for food. We must all have glucose to provide us with sufficient energy to carry out everyday tasks. This supply of energy use the bloodstream to be transported around where it can be absorbed by the cells but diabetes stops this from happening. When the glucose fails to leave the bloodstream as it should, it causes high blood sugar levels.
Information in this article is regarding the two major types of the condition. The first type is called type one and primarily affects young people, usually called juvenile onset diabetes and is where the body completely stops the production of insulin; this results in the diabetic requiring an insulin injection every day to stay healthy and alive. The body uses insulin to ensure the glucose can be used by the body which in turn converts into energy. The other type of diabetes (type 2 or late onset) is not quite so severe; the body is still producing insulin but there is a problem with its production or use, but fortunately this type can be treated with a special diet.
Those energy foods which we all need to live are pasta, rice, potatoes, bread and fruit of course. Many health conditions can be caused by long term high blood sugar levels including: poor vision, heart complaints, problems with the kidneys and in some cases even limb amputation. Good diabetes care and management can prevent or delay the onset of these complications; these conditions will vary form person to person but most should see improvements with some complaints halted altogether. Managing this condition means changing your lifestyle to suit your condition any medication that has been prescribed; this means maintaining the correct level of blood sugar, cholesterol and blood fat along with giving up cigarettes.
In addition, weight and blood pressure will need to be routinely monitored and kept stable. Diabetes is a life long condition if you are unlucky enough to contract it; in the United States there are reports of it affecting over two and a half percent of the population. The problem is that here are probably another 5.5 million people who have this condition but just don’t know it; over 600,000 new cases are diagnosed each year. It is a worrying fact that whilst 34,000 American citizens die each year as a direct result of diabetes, another 320,000 die that have the condition where it may be an underlying reason.

The Purpose of Money
Unfortunately, much of humanity is so focused on making money that it has lost sight of deeper purposes. Persons in or affiliated with traditional organizations are perhaps particularly adept at this focus on money, or, as we like to say, “the bottom line.”
We are moving into a time (or are we in it?) when we can more easily see the manifestations of our false beliefs. We are facing experiences that more easily teach us to tap into higher purposes and more empowering intention. We will surely get this teaching. Since I have entitled this article, “Money, Prosperity, Abundance,” I want to define my terms. For me, each word connotes a different meaning and resonates to a different vibration.
The Meaning of Money, Prosperity, and Abundance
Money is a means of exchange, energy in the form of coins or wampum or reduced to paper as currency. Gold and silver have value — both intrinsic and extrinsic — but paper only represents value. The only power money has is the power we give it. Prosperity means flourishing and thriving. We tend to equate prosperity with good fortune and success and affluence, the good things of life. Abundance is an overflowing supply, fullness. The Infinite Source is our supply.
Energetically, money has the lowest vibration of these three. When fears surround money, the vibration moves to a still lower frequency. We can touch and see money. We have many myths and cliches about money (root of all evil, growing on trees, rainy day, buying happiness, and more).
The energy of prosperity has more of a flow to it than money — listen to the word “prosperity” as you say it out loud and resonate to its vibration. You can feel similar resonance of the words that I used above to define prosperity, also.
Abundance resonates with words and ideas like joy and love and wisdom. Abundance is not really of this physical world, although we use it to manifest in the physical world. We cannot see abundance, we can only see manifestations of abundance. So, too, we cannot see love or joy or wisdom, but we can have feelings, pictures, and examples of the manifestations. All energy comes from Spirit. And Spirit is abundant, infinite, unlimited.
Creating Money, Prosperity and Abundance
When we focus our attention in the world of money, we tend to believe that the only way to generate more money is with money or something else that is tangible or physical. In other words, there is a belief that we can only create something “new” from something that is already created. This is a false belief. This is a belief that is coming to the surface for humanity right now as our money and organizational systems are challenged.
When we live in the consciousness of abundance, we know that we can create more of everything from the Source. There is no fear in this consciousness. Consider how you feel when you are surrounded by the richness of nature, one of the physical world’s manifestations of abundance. Ideas flow. Peace is present. You can more easily touch your own joy. You vibrate to abundance.
Releasing Fears and Resistance
Fears and resistance about money are strong in our society, especially now. Such thoughts and feelings are not necessarily in direct proportion to the quantity of money an individual or organization has. Those with considerable financial means often live with more fears and resistance about money than those with modest resources. The usual response to this phenomenon is, “Of course, they have more to lose.” But I say it goes deeper than that.
Fears and resistance about money are embedded deeply in the human consciousness because of the attention and feelings associated with it. Since I can see thought forms, I see how and where such dynamics are embedded. These dynamics permeate all aspects of our lives as a society, and impact us even when we do not personally embrace the specific concept. These embedded dynamics disappear as we lift our vibration and consciousness to appreciate abundance.
Fears and resistance about money can be released by surrendering — often a tough concept for those who have been “successful” in our society. We release fears and resistance by knowing that we opening to wellness and abundance rather than overcoming sickness and poverty. We release by being attentive to our own growth process. We release by letting go. We release by no longer resisting.
Moving Forward
I know — both personally and energetically — many successful persons who are being challenged to move into and stay in their spiritual knowingness. Those who have been successful and prosperous in the world as it has been must now shift their foundation so that they believe in the Source of their manifested physical things rather than the belief in the manifested physical things themselves.
In your own family or organization or other group, you might consider ways to discuss concepts of abundance and prosperity and togetherness and plenty and love. Here is a simple example: the word “downsizing” is an anti-abundance concept. It is also dehumanizing, by the way. Consider, also, that “doing more with less” is a mixed vibration — do you want “more” or “less”? Consider how you can promote more healthy concepts and clear messages.
The dichotomy of wealth and poverty is not merely an issue of distribution, but one of consciousness. We are moving into a new paradigm, a paradigm that includes the awareness and acknowledgement of Spirit. Let’s make the move consciously, joyfully, and abundantly. More than enough exists in this world that is constantly expanding.

On the opposite side, the old fashioned books are made of an
expensive raw material - Paper, which is made out of wood - a
limited resource globally.

fact: People who listen to audio books have a significant
advantage over all the others. That’s exactly why the audio
books momentum is rising but is just in the beginning - Millions
are listening regularly to audio books, Audio books clubs are
arising and most of the new books are being published also as
audio books. Audio books help you making the most of your time -
You could read them while jogging, driving, cleaning the house

this audio books fashion and it is completely free. Free trials
are the only legal way of getting free downloadable audio books.

could get lots of audio books for the lowest price.
For those of you who’ve been on another planet for the past year or so, Morgan Spurlock is a filmaker who spent an entire month eating nothing but McDonald’s food and filming the decline in his health, expanding waistline and other alarming consequences of this damaging diet.
The result was the gripping documentary, Super Size Me, which earned a well-deserved Oscar nomination.
Don’t Eat This Book, although an obvious offshoot of the film, is a worthy project in its own right, with plenty to offer Spurlock fans and newbies alike.
If you’ve seen the movie, you’ll appreciate the behind the scenes perspectives revealed in Don’t Eat This Book. But the main thrust of the book should appeal to anyone with an interest in the fast food industry and its role in modern society. Certainly, if you’re a parent or teacher who cares what children eat, you should own this book.
The title - Don’t Eat This Book - is a spoof on the warning labels emblazoned on virtually every US product.
The warnings are aimed at warding off court cases from the kinds of people people not only stupid enough to put their hands into a whirring grass cutter or to mistake silcone gel sneaker inserts for mints, but also shameless enough to blame the manufacturer for their ensuing, and well-deserved, misfortune.
Spurlock has no time for such frivilous litigation. But he convincingly argues that such cases are very different from the kinds of class actions being pursued against giant tobacco and food companies.
It should be obvious to anyone but the most brain dead that putting your hand into a power mower’s blades is bad for you. But until recently it was not so obvious that cigarettes and fast food were bad for you.
For decades tobacco companies hid evidence that their product was a health hazard, cunningly designed to be addictive. At the same time they spent staggering amounts of money on marketing to create the image that cigarettes were “cool”.
With the success of the initial tobacco class actions, attitudes began to change.
As Spurlock points out, “Suddenly it was apparent that sticking a cigarette in your mouth was not quite the same thing as sticking those sneaker mints in your mouth. No one spent billlions and billions of dollars in marketing, advertising and promotions telling that guy those sneaker mints would make him cool, hip and sexy. Big Tobacco did exactly that to smokers.”
He spends much of the rest of Don’t Eat This Book building a similarly damning case against the fast food industry.
The parallels are inescapable. Fast food chains like McDonalds spend billions on convincing kids that eating their unhealthy, fattening products will make you popular and cool.
Their “Super Size” policy, cynically designed to prey on the natural human instinct to get value for money, is roundly criticised, with the author’s own experience in filming Super Size Me serving as chief witness for the prosecution.
And if it wasn’t hard enough to keep your kids from eating junk food outside of school, there’s the growing trend of fast food chains to offer funds to cash-strapped schools in exchange for branding and advertising opportunities. In several cases, fast food chains have even set up shop inside school cafeterias.
Thankfully, all is not doom and gloom. Spurlock heaps praise on schools that provide healthy, local food in their cafeterias. He also provides advice and a list of resources for parents and teachers seeking to turn the tide in their own communities.
This, combined with Spurlock’s casual, humorous writing style make for a quick, breezy and ultimately optimistic read. Its accessibility makes Don’t Eat This Book an ideal educational tool, especially when combined with Spurlock’s Super Size Me documentary.
If you prefer a more measured, investigative style of journalism, Don’t Eat This Book may be a little lightweight for your liking - Eric Schlosser’s brilliant Fast Food Nation will probably be more to your taste.
I’ll end with one word of caution. If you do print out this review, please don’t eat it. It may give you indigestion and I can’t afford the lawsuit!

Gray hair is stubborn and it can sometimes be difficult to color. In some cases it turns a smoky unnatural color and in other cases it simply does not cover at all. So, how do you get 100% gray coverage each and every time you color your hair?
The key lies in choosing the right color for your hair type. There are several types of colors including temporary (washes out with 1 shampoo), semi-permanent (washes out gradually over about 4 weeks) and permanent hair color (will not wash out). The main difference of each is the strength of the developer used in each. Color developer is the ingredient that is responsible for pushing the color beneath your cuticle layer so that it cannot be washed out.
In gray hair, this cuticle layer is extremely compact and difficult to open making it hard for the color to get inside the hair strand. If you don’t succeed at doing this, the color will not take or will wash out very easily and fade over the next few shampoos. To make sure that you get your color into the hair strand, use a permanent color with at least 20 volume Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2) as the developer.
Difference of hair color is caused by the amount of pigment that is in the hair strands. Blond hair has the least amount of pigment, then there is red followed by brown and black. Gray hair is lacking color pigment altogether. In order to get color back into gray hair, you need to go through all of the stages depending on what color you want to achieve. If you want blond hair, the process is quite simple. All you need to do is use a golden color. If you want brown hair, on the other hand, you need to choose a color with a red or warm base so that you can get a natural looking brown. If you use a green or ash base, you will end up with a greenish or smoky cast.
When coloring gray, you should also leave the color on for the maximum amount of time allowed by the instructions. Doing so will give the color sufficient time to deposit in the stubborn and coarse gray strands. The only time that you can skimp on time is if your hair is 30% gray or less. In those cases, the gray hair will absorb enough color to make it look like you have natural highlights and you can avoid the rest of your hair going too dark.

There are many ways to tell the time, according to your preference! The most obvious way is through the simple wristwatch and, if you want to buy a lovely period piece, there are innumerable examples available at auction. For the connoisseur, the sale at Sotheby’s in New York on 5/6th December is well nigh impossible to miss with some fabulous - and fabulously expensive - wristwatches going under the hammer.
However, there are some great bargains to be found for the imaginative buyer on a smaller budget. Not every watch is necessarily designed to fit on your wrist and, if you’re smart, you can take full advantage by acquiring a fob watch at auction. A fob watch, in case you are wondering, is typically a watch on a chain, a style of timekeeping that reached its peak in the Victorian era. The legacy of this artistic and mechanical endeavour is a host of decorative and charming watches whose casings or covers are every bit as interesting as the main event.
The following examples give a glimpse of the range and variety of fob watches coming up for sale over the next week or so:
An early 20th century Swiss gold, enamel and diamond fob watch with a keyless bar cylinder movement, white dial with black Arabic numerals, the four piece hinged case polychrome enamelled with flowers on a blue guilloche ground (Estimate £400 - 600)
Dreweatt Neate - Donnington Priory, Berkshire
An enamel fob watch, with white and gilt enamel Roman dial, jewelled lever movement, the outer cuvette with foliate scroll engraved decoration and polychrome enamel scene depicting maiden playing harp, suspended by 9 ct gold bar brooch (Estimate £180 - 220) Neales, Nottingham
A Vacheron & Constantine minute - repeating gold fob watch with engine turned Arabic dial with stylised flower and leaf banding and bezel set with cabochon turquoises (Estimate £2,000 - 3,000) Gorringes, Bexhill
If perhaps you would prefer to pick up a mixed lot of timepieces at a very modest level, you would do well to consider
A gentleman’s gilt metal cased, keyless wind, hunting cased pocket watch by Elgin, a ladies silver cased, keywind, openfaced fob watch by JW Benson, London 1886 and two ladies wristwatches (Estimate £40 - 60) Billingshurst, West Sussex
As you can see, there is plenty to choose from, regardless of the depth of your pocket. Best of all, such gifts are immensely practical and enhance the appearance of both the casual and snappy dresser. The best general sources for this sort of material are Invaluable and eBay, for offline and online auctions respectively. Happy hunting!

Is this real, are you kidding? Yes and No. There really are programs such as this available but a report issued by a Wall street firm suggests that some low-payment loans in today’s hot market could cause problems for borrowers who don’t really understand the risks they are going into. This low start rate or what we call a “teaser rate” is an option payment that the lender will allow you to pay for the first year you have the loan. But what they have to fully explain to you is that, if you choose that 1% mortgage rate option, you will have a deferred payment that will be added to your mortgage balance.
That is called a “Negative Amortization Loan” which means if you choose the low payment option there is an ability to increase to 115% of your loan balance. For example, if you have a $300,000 loan and you choose the 1% monthly mortgage payment of $ 1,125, you will owe the lender the difference between the low start rate and the actual pay rate of an estimated $ 1800.00 monthly( depends on the index ) that is also known as the “Note Rate” which is adjusting every month based on several indexes and most importantly a fixed margin which hardly anybody has heard off. In one year’s time your balance will actually be around $8,000 over your mortgage balance which means that in 5 years time you will be owing around $40,000 more.
My 18 years experience in the mortgage business has gave me full understanding in the movements and volatility of these adjustable rate mortgages. There are several types of Adjustable rate mortgages that will make you sleep better at night. Such as, the 3/5/7 or 10 adjustable rate mortgages, the 6 month no negative adjustable rate mortgages. Our web site has information about the various types of California home loans we offer. Mind you that every loan should have its purpose and here are some of the advantages and disadvantages of different types of ARM ( Adjustable Rate Mortgages).
Advantages of “Negative Amortization loans”
1) For Investment properties that you are buying for tax benefits
2) For younger couple who is just at an entry level salary position. Meaning this could be a started home and they will eventually buy a bigger home and the increasing salary will offset the deferred payment of this loan.
3) Provided you are putting some money down, someone 100% sure of
Refinancing this loan within a few year.
You have to fully understand the loan and outsmart it and not become a money pit. Always know that you should have the ability to pay for the fully indexed loan or the actual loan payment that the lender is requiring for you to pay.
Disadvantages of “Negative Amortization loans”
1) Your balance has the potential to increase by 115% of your original balance.
2) Rate could keep going up where your deferred payments changes every month.
3) Long Term rates could be much higher where when its time for you to refinance your loan, it might not be affordable anymore.
4) Not fully understanding how this loan operates.
5) Potential prepayment penalties of this loan, this will take a large portion of your equity if you were to refinance early or pay off the mortgage.
Another type of loan to watch out for is the short-term “hybrid” interest only loans now flooding the market to help consumers with marginal credit or income buy houses. Interest only mortgages requires no down payment of principal for a set time at a low fixed interest rate. Payments during that period typically are set well below what a borrower would pay on a conventional 30 years fixed-rate loan.
At the end of the initial period, which may be as short as two to three years, the loans convert to fully amortizing adjustable rate mortgages at prevailing market rates. Principal reduction now kicks in, but because of the compression of the pay back period - 25-28 years and the principal to the payment mix, the total cost can balloon 50% to 70%. Marginally qualified home buyers jolted with such payment increases within 24 t0 36 months of their purchase ” are very likely” to be pushed beyond their ability to pay the loan. They would need again to know when getting these loans, its always for short term advantage only and always vision yourself refinancing before the term is over, this way you will always be prepared to refinance if the interest rates are favorable for you. The key to gaining equity is by knowing what your next move is and when. Good luck!
